Terms & Conditions (UK)

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website(s), member areas and platforms, and to any products or services we provide (together, the “Services”), including digital training, video content, downloads, live calls/coaching and in‑person events.

1) About us / Contact

These Terms are issued by Invisible Investors Ltd (company number 09843805, VAT number 307460029) trading as Kevin Wright Property (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Registered office: 89 High Street, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Suffolk IP7 5EA

Support email: [email protected]

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Services or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business and references to “you” include that business.

3) Definitions

  • “Order Page Terms”: the product-specific details shown on the relevant checkout and/or order page at the time you place your order (including price, inclusions, delivery method, access period, start dates, prerequisites and product-specific conditions).
  • “Digital Content”: data produced and supplied in digital form (e.g., videos, downloads, templates, portal content).
  • “Ninja Investor Digital Training Modules”: the Ninja Investor digital training modules sold as part of the Ninja Investor programme (including Foundation Stage and Build Stage), as described on the relevant order/checkout page.
  • “Non‑Refundable Video Products”: lower value Kevin Wright Property video products that are clearly marked non-refundable on the checkout/order page at the time of purchase.

4) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

5) Website use and acceptable behaviour

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Services (including introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or disrupting functionality);
  • infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights;
  • send spam or unlawful communications;
  • share login access where a product is sold as single‑user access (unless the Order Page Terms say otherwise).

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse or breach.

6) Accounts and access

Some products require an account/login. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may refuse registration, disable accounts, or reset access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or breach management.

7) Orders, contract formation, and Order Page Terms

7.1 Order Page Terms (variable details)

The details for each product or service are set out in the Order Page Terms.

7.2 Contract formed

A binding contract is formed when you place an order and payment (or the first payment of a payment plan) is successfully processed and you receive confirmation (including automated confirmation).

7.3 Priority if there is a conflict

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Order Page Terms, the Order Page Terms apply for that product/order, and these Terms apply to the extent they are not inconsistent.

8) Pricing, VAT and payment

  •   Prices are as shown at checkout/on the order page at the time of purchase.
  •   Unless stated otherwise, prices shown at checkout are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is chargeable, it will be calculated and added at checkout (or otherwise clearly shown before you complete your purchase).
  • Price changes. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment plans. If offered, payment plan amounts and dates are shown at checkout/on the order page. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to take the scheduled payments.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is brought up to date, and/or cancel the plan if not remedied within a reasonable period.
  •   If you believe a payment is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Unresolved chargebacks may result in access being suspended pending resolution.

9) Delivery, access periods, and availability

  • Delivery/access. Digital products are delivered online. Content is hosted on Kajabi and is accessed via the Members area/tab on our website (or via any other access method we notify to you from time to time), as set out in the applicable Order Page Terms.
  • Access period. Your access period (including any “lifetime access” statement) is as stated in the Order Page Terms.
  • Updates and changes. We may update content, the website, and/or the delivery platform (including Kajabi) to maintain quality, compliance, or functionality. Where a product is sold as a defined set of modules/outcomes, we will not materially reduce what you purchased.
  •  We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Outages may occur (including third‑party platform outages). We will take reasonable steps to restore access.

10) Live Calls, Coaching and In‑Person Events (additional terms)

10.1 Live calls, webinars and group sessions

Where a product includes live calls/webinars/group sessions (“Live Sessions”), the date(s), time(s) (including time zone), duration, delivery method, whether replays are provided, and any session-specific requirements will be set out in the applicable Order Page Terms or notified to you in advance.

  • Changes by us. We may reschedule or substitute facilitators where reasonably necessary (including illness, technical issues, low attendance, venue/platform changes, or events outside our reasonable control). Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and/or provide an alternative session and/or a replay (if offered in the Order Page Terms).
  • No-shows. If you do not attend a Live Session, you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or a replacement session unless the Order Page Terms expressly provide otherwise.
  •   You are responsible for having suitable internet access and compatible equipment/software.

10.2 Coaching sessions (including 1:1 or small group)

Where your purchase includes coaching, the scope, number of sessions (if any), booking method, delivery method, and any booking deadlines/expiry windows are set out in the Order Page Terms.

  • Rescheduling/cancellation by you (48 hours). You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the session may be treated as delivered and forfeited, unless the Order Page Terms state otherwise.
  • Scope / no professional advice. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and results.
  • No emergency support. We do not provide emergency or crisis support. If you require urgent help, contact the appropriate emergency services.

10.3 In‑person events (tickets, entry, changes, late cancellation / non-attendance fee)

Where your purchase includes admission to an in‑person event (“Event”), the Event date(s), venue/location, what is included, and any specific conditions are set out in the Order Page Terms.

  • Non-transferable. Event tickets/places are non-transferable to another person unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Changes by us. We may make reasonable changes to the Event, including agenda, speakers, timings, or venue (within a reasonable distance). If we cancel the Event entirely and cannot reasonably provide a suitable alternative, we will refund the Event ticket price (if you paid a standalone ticket price). We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other third‑party costs you may have incurred.
  • Late cancellation / non-attendance (within 48 hours). If you cancel your attendance with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you do not attend, we may charge you a ÂŁ250 late cancellation / non-attendance fee to reflect non‑recoverable costs (for example venue, staffing and catering commitments).
  • If you have already paid us monies relating to the Event, you authorise us to retain ÂŁ250 from the amount paid (or, if appropriate, to invoice you for ÂŁ250).
  • This fee is intended to be a genuine reflection of costs and will not be charged where it would be unlawful to do so.
  • Leisure services cancellation rights. Where an Event is supplied on a specific date or within a specific period, statutory “cooling‑off” cancellation rights may not apply under UK consumer law (leisure services exemption). Any additional cancellation/refund position will be as stated in the Order Page Terms.
  • Venue rules / removal. You must comply with venue rules and our reasonable instructions. We may refuse entry or require you to leave (without refund, to the extent permitted by law) if you behave in a disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

10.4 Recording, photography and confidentiality in group environments

  • Recording/photography. We may record (audio/video) Live Sessions and/or Events and may take photographs for training, replay access, safeguarding, and marketing, as described in the Order Page Terms and/or notified at the time. If you do not wish to appear, you should notify us in advance and/or on arrival; we will take reasonable steps to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee you will not be captured incidentally (e.g., crowd shots).
  •   In group environments, you agree to keep other participants’ personal and business information confidential and not to record or share it without their express permission.

11) Refunds and cancellations (our policy)

This section sets out our voluntary policies and does not limit your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

11.1 7-day “no quibble” refund — Ninja Investor Digital Training Modules

For Ninja Investor Digital Training Modules, you may request a 100% refund for any reason within 7 days of the date and time of purchase.

How to request: email [email protected] within the 7‑day period with your name and order details.

How refunds are paid: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

11.2 AI tools clarification (not grounds for refund by itself)

Where Ninja Investor includes or references AI tools or AI-assisted functionality intended to support your use of the training modules (for example prompts, templates, automations or integrations), issues with those AI tools or AI-assisted functionality do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund under the 7‑day “no quibble” refund policy. The 7‑day refund applies to the Ninja Investor Digital Training Modules themselves.

11.3 Non‑Refundable Video Products (Kevin Wright Property)

For Non‑Refundable Video Products that are clearly identified at checkout as non-refundable, all sales are final and we do not provide change‑of‑mind refunds.

11.4 Exceptions and misuse

We may refuse or reduce a refund to the extent permitted by law where there is fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or repeated refund requests indicating misuse. This does not affect any rights you have under UK consumer law.

12) UK consumer rights (important)

If you are a consumer (not buying mainly for business purposes), UK consumer law may provide rights and remedies in relation to Digital Content and services, including where content is faulty or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

12.1 Digital content “cooling-off”

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, cancellation rights can be affected where Digital Content is supplied immediately and you have agreed to that and acknowledged you may lose cancellation rights. Where this applies, the checkout may ask for consent/acknowledgement.

For the avoidance of doubt, our 7‑day Ninja Investor refund applies in addition to, and does not reduce, your statutory rights.

13) Intellectual property

All content we provide (including videos, text, templates, worksheets, course materials, branding, logos and recordings) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or required by law.

14) Licence to use purchased Digital Content

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Digital Content for your personal use (or internal business use if purchased for business), during the access period shown in the Order Page Terms.

You must not:

  • share access credentials;
  • share, download and distribute our videos/materials to others;
  • record, re-stream, or rebroadcast content; or
  • use our content to create competing products.

15) Community areas and user content (if applicable)

If you access any community, forum, group, or comments feature:

  • you must be respectful and lawful;
  • you must not post confidential information about third parties;
  • we may remove posts/content and/or suspend access for breach.

If you submit testimonials, comments, questions, or other content, you grant us the right to use it for operating the Services and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing (subject to legal and operational limits).

16) Privacy and data protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law. Please see our Privacy Policy: https://www.kevinwrightproperty.co.uk/pages/privacy-and-cookies

17) Third‑party services, platforms, and AI

We may use third-party platforms (for example payment processors, hosting, video and community platforms) to deliver the Services. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their terms.

Where we reference or integrate third‑party AI tools, we do not control those tools and cannot guarantee their outputs, availability, or suitability for your needs.

18) Disclaimers (no advice / educational content / your responsibility)

Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not authorised to provide regulated financial advice and nothing in our content constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should obtain independent professional advice tailored to your circumstances before taking action.
  • Your decisions and implementation. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and implement any training, strategies, templates, tools, suggestions or information we provide. You are responsible for your decisions, actions and results and you accept that applying the training may involve risk.
  • No guarantees. Any examples, case studies, projections, or results discussed are illustrative only. Outcomes vary and depend on many factors outside our control (including your actions, market conditions, funding availability and third parties). We do not guarantee any particular result.

19) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services (including any product purchased) shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you to us for the relevant product or service.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses,
  • or for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, loss of goodwill,
  • or anticipated savings.

20) Indemnity (business users)

If you are purchasing as a business, you agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Services.

21) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (without refund, to the extent permitted by law) if you:

  • materially breach these Terms or the Order Page Terms;
  • share content/access unlawfully;
  • engage in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening conduct; or
  • interfere with the Services or our community/platforms.

On termination, your licence to use the Digital Content ends and you must stop using and, where applicable, delete copies permitted for personal use (except where retention is required by law).

22) Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including outages, supplier failures, pandemics, fire, flood, acts of government, war, or civil disturbance).

23) Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact [email protected] with your order details and the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

24) Miscellaneous

  •   We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not do so without our written consent.
  •   If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the applicable Order Page Terms form the entire agreement between you and us for the relevant purchase.

25) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms (and any dispute or claim arising from them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer and mandatory local consumer laws apply, nothing in this clause limits those rights.
