Before You Apply
One thing you need to have done first
Neither Build Stage nor Scale Stage is a starting point. To get anything out of the mentoring you need to have completed the Ninja Investor Programme at Foundation Stage first, either online or at the four-day live event.
Kevin built it that way on purpose. Mentoring without the underlying knowledge does not get anyone very far. Foundation gives you the method and Build or Scale Stage gives you the elevated accountability and support to use it.

Six-month cohort mentoring
Prerequisite: You need to have completed the Ninja Investor Programme at Foundation Stage, online or at the live event, before applying. Applications from investors who have not completed it are not accepted.

What's Included
Everything in Build Stage
Six months, never more than eight people, and a structure built around consistent, targeted, objective led, action taking rather than learning more theory.
A five-day residential retreat
Five days away with your cohort and a run of guest experts: mindset, raising private finance, deal sourcing, due diligence, deal progression & tax. Refine valuation packs, strategic planning.
Five accountability days
Held at venues refencing where the cohort members live, each with a 90-minute guest expert tutorial the group picks itself.
Weekly check-ins
Report in every week and answer to the group for it. The structure keeps you moving when motivation dips, and it shows up quickly when someone is struggling.
A private WhatsApp group
Direct access to cohort and to Kevin between sessions, best used frequently. Mid-meeting buddying up with members for increased accountability is every much encouraged.
Property Filter access
Base-level membership of the Property Filter due diligence portal is included, with an upgrade available if you want the higher tiers.
Free entry to any training event
Attend any Kevin Wright Property training event during your six months at no charge, including BRR events and the 4-day workshops.
