Training ends. The problems do not. Alumni is the room you stay in after the programme, so that when a valuation comes in low or a lender changes its criteria, you have somewhere to ask and someone who has already dealt with it. Open to any level of Ninja Investor.

Your membership includes

• Your ticket to both National Networking Days, the Summer BBQ and the Winter Feast
• Spring and Autumn full-day Friday meetings, each with a guest expert tutorial
• A Monday evening Zoom catch-up in the months between meetings
• Access to the UK Property Finance Vault, the finance Q&A database, which non-members pay £16 +VAT to use
• Every session and every day recorded, and kept in the community for members to watch back
• The option to add Property Filter at base level for £100 +VAT a month, or £150 +VAT for a couple

£50 +VAT per member per month, charged monthly. Just finished Foundation? Your first six months of Alumni are already included, so there is no need to buy it here.
