If you think, or have been told/taught, that BRR is nothing more than another strategy to be learned, this is misaligned thinking. BRR is not a strategy, its WAY, WAY more important than that. Itβs a concept, a philosophy, without which no other strategy is anywhere near as effective.
Think about it β if you canβt pull your cash out of your HMO, SA, commercial to residential conversion, or whatever other way to want to make money from renting out property β none of these function as efficiently with bundles of your cash locked in them.
